Agreement and Understanding
I, the applicant, understand that I will in no instance
become liable in whole or in part to pay a fee of any kind, directly or
indirectly, on account of any service performed by Intelligent Solutions
Representation & Confidentiality
Intelligent Solutions will introduce you to clients
for employment/work opportunities. The opportunities may either be
as a contractor or as a full-time salaried employee or any other working
arrangement agreeable to both you and the client.
1. You agree that you will fully represent Intelligent
Solutions and not your own person, company, associates, competitors of
ISI, or any other entity in any interview, service, or dealings with the
client.
2. You also agree that you will not disclose any client
information, work availability, or opportunities to any company, associates,
competitors of ISI, or any other entity.
3. The duration of this agreement on a client by client
basis is eight (8) months from the date of your first introduction to the
client.
If you accept full-time permanent employment with one
of the clients that Intelligent Solutions has introduced you to, you are
released from points 1, 2, and 3 as listed above, for that client.
